For drinks brands, that means a &#8220;0.0&#8221; option\u00a0can&#8217;t\u00a0just be the same beer minus the buzz. They follow real travelers online rather than glossy ads, and they ask friends before they book. For hotels, airlines, and tourism brands, this changes everything. This one is tricky for big brands, because being big used to be the whole selling point. We need to invest in stories,\u00a0partnerships, and communities, not just clicks. And we need better ways to measure what&#8217;s working, because a single ad rarely closes the deal anymore. People take their time. They read. They watch. They talk to friends.
